Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas at Manha Hotel Auckland Airport. We are a smoke-free hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

Do you have Auckland Airport shuttle transportation?


Auckland Airport to Manha Hotel - COMPLIMENTARY
The Yellow Bus Auckland Airport transfer service operates every 20-30 minutes; please consult the timetable for scheduled timings. For both domestic and international pick ups, stand outside the designated bus stop and provide your current Manha Hotel booking confirmation to The Yellow Bus driver. YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A TICKET, the transfer from Auckland Airport to Manha Hotel is complimentary one way.

Domestic terminal - Andrew McKee Avenue, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.

NOTE: This is a shared bus stop with Park & Ride and Inter-Terminal services.

International pick up
International Terminal - Ray Emery Drive, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.
The Yellow Bus picks you up from Bus Stop "D".
The Yellow Bus will have a dedicated bus stop inside the Transport Hub – signage for “HOTEL BUS” at bus stop ‘D’, which is on the first/closest row to the terminal. Passengers should walk out of Door 4, across the pedestrian crossing and into the hub. Then walk along the first row, until they get to Bus Stop D at the end.

Manha Hotel to Auckland Airport - $8 PER PERSON
When departing from Manha Hotel to either Auckland Airport domestic or international terminal, notify the front desk 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The front desk will then provide you with a ticket which COSTS $8 PER PERSON and arrange for The Yellow Bus to pick you up.

Is there a bar at the hotel?

No, we do not have a bar on-site. If you're looking for nearby options, feel free to ask our staff for recommendations.

Do you accept cash?

No, we do not accept cash payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payments. This policy helps us maintain a secure and efficient payment process for our guests. If you have any questions about our payment options, please feel free to contact us directly.

Do you have car parking?

Yes! We provide free car parking for the duration of your stay. If you will be leaving your car onsite there will be a charge of $10 per night.

Luggage storage?

Yes, we provide luggage storage. Please inform reception prior.

Information on breakfast?

We provide a complimentary breakfast buffet for all room type reservations. Our breakfast buffet starts from 7am to 10am everyday!

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We have a small-scale restaurant on-site which operates from 5pm to 9pm.

What are your check-in & check out times?

Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is 10am. If you would like to have a late check-out or early check-in please let reception know (charges may apply).

Do you have laundry facilities?

Unfortunately we do not have laundry facilities.

Do you have a gym & pool?

No, sorry we don't have gym or pool facilities available.

Great place to stay near the airport

Lovely clean hotel close to the airport. Huge room, fantastic comfortable bed, great set up, simple but yummy dinner available on site, & wonderful cheerful service. No problems with catching the airport bus for our very early start. We will return again if we have an early morning flight out or a late arrival in.
